Dr Katherine Neville is an Australian-trained Radiation Oncologist. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Newcastle in 2005 and worked throughout Hunter New England Area Health Service as a junior doctor before commencing specialty training in Radiation Oncology in 2009.

Dr Neville completed her specialist training at the Calvary Mater Hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital, and Liverpool Hospital before being becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (Faculty of Radiation Oncology) in 2016. She has received training in the management of all tumour types, however Dr Neville has clinical interests in the treatment of breast cancer, lung cancer, benign conditions, haematology, and palliative care.

As well as her clinical interests, Dr Neville has been involved in research projects about mantle cell lymphoma, non small cell lung cancer, and breast cancer. She has completed her Masters of Clinical Epidemiology through the University of Newcastle.

Dr Neville consults at the Multi-disciplinary Dupuytren’s clinic in Newcastle and is co-investigator on the DEPART clinical trial.
